The role requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, at least one year of nursing supervision in a long-term care setting, active registered nurse licensure, CPR instructor certification, and experience educating nursing staff; gerontology or education certification and professional association membership are desirable. Compensation is $99,840 to $108,160 per year.
