CareOne at Parsippany is hiring a Facility Educator to lead in-service education and regulatory compliance for nursing staff in a long-term care facility. The role covers OBRA and other federal, state, OSHA, and JACHO requirements; competency assessments; curriculum and equipment planning; scheduling and documentation of training; CPR and other certification support; and coordination with corporate education and employee health programs. The position requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, at least one year of nursing supervision in a long-term care setting, active registered nurse licensure, and CPR instructor certification, with gerontology or education certification and professional association membership desirable.
