CareOne at Newton is hiring a Facility Educator to lead in-service education and regulatory compliance for staff in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and subacute care. The role includes OBRA and OSHA education, competency assessments, training scheduling, instructional materials, CPR certification, electronic software training, and coordination of employee health records. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in nursing, at least one year of nursing supervision in long-term care, active registered nurse licensure, CPR instructor certification, and education or gerontology certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center is desirable.
