The role includes inspecting facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, maintaining records, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, identifying efficiency improvements, collaborating with contractors and vendors, and responding to emergencies. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field, at least four years of facility management or similar experience, Arabic and English fluency, and facility-management software proficiency.
