Description
Molex is hiring a Facility Engineer in Kanoya, Kagoshima to lead the maintenance of factory buildings and equipment, including electrical, air-conditioning, utility, high-voltage power distribution, compressors, and other industrial systems. The role also covers OHSMS, CSR, ISO14001 compliance, energy-improvement activities, and large-scale renovation and power-facility update projects. Candidates should have experience managing facilities and equipment in factories, warehouses, or large-scale facilities, strong Japanese business communication skills, and teamwork and initiative; English communication, electrical or energy-management qualifications, and experience leading large-scale energy projects are advantageous.
