Description
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer inspects, maintains, and repairs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems; conducts safety and compliance inspections; troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues; performs emergency repairs; and maintains CMMS records. The role requires experience with building and mechanical systems, a technical or trade school certification, and relevant licenses or certifications, with 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or engineering experience. It is an hourly position with wages starting at $69,000 and paying up to $94,900, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage for full-time team members.
