Description
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer inspects, maintains, and repairs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems; conducts safety and compliance inspections; troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues; performs emergency repairs; and maintains work records in a CMMS. The role requires experience with building and mechanical systems, a technical or trade school certification, a state-specific boiler or stationary engineer license, EPA CFC or HVAC certification, and Certified Pool Operator or Aquatic Facilities Operator certification.
