Description
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer inspects, maintains, and repairs building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems. The role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, safety compliance checks, water-chemistry monitoring, and CMMS recordkeeping to keep the facility safe, compliant, and operational. Candidates need experience with mechanical and building systems, a technical or trade school certification, and 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or engineering experience.
