The role covers electrical, HVAC, mechanical, hydraulic, construction, facility management, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, project coordination, contractor oversight, and facility drawings. Candidates need a two-year technical degree or at least three years of industrial facility maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude, ISO and medical-device industry experience, and the ability to lead and train others.
