Description
The Facility Engineer E & HVAC manages and optimizes electrical, HVAC, security, CCTV, and access-control installations at an aerospace production site in Hoogeveen. The role coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance with external partners, analyzes malfunctions, ensures safety and availability, manages maintenance assets and documentation, supports investment and new-build projects, and directs installers and suppliers. It requires an MBO level 4 or HBO qualification in a relevant technical field, knowledge of building installations and maintenance, NEN 3140 familiarity, a VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain one, and Dutch and English proficiency. The position is permanent, starts immediately, and offers a market-rate salary in pay grades J-K-L1 with a maximum of €6,350, annual leave, and other benefits.
