The Facility Engineer (FMCS) will support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and improvement of facility monitoring and control systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include managing HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, power, fire alarm, water, gas, and other building and process utilities; configuring control strategies and alarms; troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and field-device issues; coordinating with contractors and vendors; maintaining documentation; integrating third-party systems; supporting preventive maintenance and energy efficiency; and training operators and maintenance staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of FMCS or facility engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and strong knowledge of FMCS systems, Siemens S7 PLCs, facility operations, and related automation protocols.
