Roche is hiring a Facility Engineer/Technician HVAC to lead the safe, compliant, and energy-efficient operation of its plants. The role covers HVAC and sanitary-system maintenance, energy and utility management, life-cycle asset management, investment and maintenance projects, technical standards, vendor management, and second-level incident support. Candidates need an engineering degree in supply engineering or HVAC, or a master-craftsman/technician qualification with relevant experience, plus knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, instrumentation, control and measurement technology, relevant standards, and external-service-provider management. The position requires on-site work, occasional travel, and on-call participation.
