Safety-Kleen Systems is hiring a Facility General Manager to lead the daily operations of a transfer, storage, and disposal facility. The role oversees waste management, health and safety, regulatory compliance, profit and loss, staffing, maintenance, employee development, subcontractor hiring, and relationships with field service, technical services, and logistics managers. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 7–10+ years of operations experience, industrial or hazardous-waste leadership experience, strong knowledge of RCRA and DOT compliance, and the ability to manage budgets, safety culture, and operational performance.
