Description
The Campus Facilities Manager oversees the Landscaping, Grounds, and Garage departments, including technicians, lead workers, supervisors, and contractors. The role manages campus grounds, athletic fields, residential housing, parking areas, snow removal, vehicle and equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, safety, staffing, vendor contracts, budgets, and special-event preparation. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of progressive facility maintenance management experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, and a Class B commercial driver’s license.
