Description
The Facilities Manager will oversee the plant’s Maintenance and Utilities Department, supporting facility safety, capacity, production growth, quality, equipment and utility maintenance, efficiency improvements, refrigeration operations, and continuous process and plant improvements. The role also manages capital and expense budgets, equipment and utility installations, associate training and development, contractor management, regulatory compliance, and purchasing. Required qualifications include five to seven years of maintenance or utility management experience, food manufacturing experience, contractor management experience, and Oracle EAM or another computerized maintenance management system experience; a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CRL or CMRP certification, RCA/A3/5Why problem-solving experience, and bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred or desirable.
