SFM is hiring a full-time, on-site Facility Manager / Maintenance Technician to support two facilities for a Nashville-area institutional client. The role combines hands-on maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and building systems with preventive maintenance, inspections, emergency response, vendor coordination, documentation, and client communication. The position requires 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and travel between the two facilities.
