La Clinica de Familia is hiring a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across its facilities in Southern New Mexico. Reporting to Facility Management, the supervisor leads maintenance personnel, coordinates routine and emergency repairs, supports preventative maintenance programs, and helps maintain safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires basic repair, carpentry, HVAC, communication, organizational, problem-solving, safety, software, and Microsoft Office skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience in a similar position.
