Description
Gildan is hiring a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for the first shift to lead and develop a maintenance team across multiple shifts, including 12-hour weekend shifts. The role supervises technicians, manages safety, environmental, equipment, and CMMS audits, coordinates corrective and preventive work orders and third-party vendors, and collaborates with other departments on maintenance projects. Candidates need a high school diploma, 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience, and 2–3 years of supervision experience preferred; the position requires U.S. work authorization and does not require visa sponsorship.
