Description
Coherent is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance technician to conduct advanced inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and work-order response across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, building infrastructure, and related systems. The role also supports construction, grounds, emergency response, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and mentoring junior technicians. It requires at least three years of facility maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant trade certifications, an OSHA training certification, a driver's license, and the ability to work rotating, on-call, weekend, and holiday shifts in physically demanding and potentially hazardous environments.
