Description
The Senior Facility Maintenance Technician conducts complex inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency response for building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, construction, painting, and grounds work. The role also supports junior technicians, collaborates with vendors, ensures regulatory and environmental compliance, and participates in an emergency response team. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of facility maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, relevant trade certifications, and the ability to work in physically demanding, variable, and potentially hazardous conditions.
