Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician performs daily maintenance and support for the Huntsville Botanical Garden’s buildings, grounds, equipment, safety systems, AV and technology, furniture, and janitorial services. The role includes responsive repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, work-order and records support, coordination of third-party service providers, and occasional opening and closing duties. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. The position pays $17.00–$22.00 per hour.
