The role performs structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, custodial, landscaping, painting, flooring, and other maintenance work; conducts inspections, preventative maintenance, recordkeeping, and repairs; and works independently in outdoor and inclement conditions, including weekend and after-hours coverage.
