Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician performs general building and fixture repairs, supervises outside contractors, maintains and cleans the company site, handles janitorial duties, troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, coordinates vendor visits, monitors landscaping and parking areas, moves furniture and equipment, and manages shipping and receiving. The role requires a high school diploma, trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and basic HVAC, building-code knowledge, tool and safety experience, a valid California driver’s license, and the ability to work predominantly on the company site.
