The Facility Maintenance Technician performs routine housekeeping, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and structural systems. The role also includes fabricating and welding parts, operating heavy equipment, completing maintenance records, and assisting or training less-experienced mechanics.
