Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician (Level I) maintains, repairs, inspects, and supports the upkeep of facilities equipment and assets across PADNOS locations. Responsibilities include basic maintenance, equipment and fixture repairs, water and air line work, drain repair, concrete and asphalt work, HVAC and air-compressor servicing, and supporting Level II technicians. The role requires blueprint reading, basic welding or pipe-filing experience, 1–2 years of basic carpentry experience, precision-measuring-tool experience, general construction-equipment experience, and a valid driver's license. The position involves frequent travel between worksites, physical work in varied environments, and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
