CareUnit Service GmbH is hiring a Facility Management and Technical Building Services Engineer to assess, coordinate, and optimize ventilation, air-handling, building automation, instrumentation and control, electrical, and utility systems. The role combines practical technical problem-solving, customer and subcontractor coordination, commissioning support, and the development of facility-management standards and documentation. Candidates should have hands-on experience in building services, ventilation, utilities, electrical systems, or facility management, along with German proficiency; BIM, CAD, or technical planning knowledge is helpful but the role is not purely planning or documentation-based.
