Description
The Director of Facilities Management provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for the full lifecycle management of built and natural assets across a complex, multi-site programme. The role oversees FM and landscape operations and maintenance, asset management, procurement, contracts, compliance, risk, performance, stakeholder relationships, and the development of a multidisciplinary team. It requires at least 15 years of experience in facilities and asset management of large, complex environments, along with a bachelor’s degree in facilities management, urban design, architecture, or landscape, or an equivalent qualification.
