Description
The Facility Management Engineer will develop facility-management requirements and operating concepts for Flughafen Wien AG properties, support new-build and refurbishment projects through design review, commissioning, handover, and defect identification, prepare maintenance and operating-cost plans, and coordinate with maintenance management and the Facility Service Provider. The role requires several years of facility-management experience, construction and project-management expertise, strong technical knowledge, and relevant construction or building-systems training. The gross monthly salary is €4,052.16 plus willingness for additional payment, with the applicable Austrian public-airport collective agreement.
