METRO Deutschland GmbH is hiring a Facility Management Project Manager to plan, execute, and accept measures arising from inspections, maintenance, and servicing of technical and structural facilities at wholesale stores in the northern Lower Saxony/Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein region. The role manages external trades and service providers, coordinates projects across Germany, assesses facility conditions for investment and maintenance budgets, maintains legal and internal documentation, and requires engineering or comparable facility-management qualifications, facility-management experience, and knowledge of VOB/B and HOIA.
