METRO Deutschland GmbH is hiring a Facility Management Project Manager for its wholesale stores in the Bavaria region. The role manages inspections, maintenance, and servicing of technical and structural facilities; oversees tendering, contracts, external trades, and service providers; prepares investment and maintenance budgets; maintains statutory and internal documentation; and coordinates special projects across Germany. The position requires an engineering or comparable facility-management qualification, professional facility-management experience, knowledge of VOB/B and HOIA, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office and CAFM software.
