Description
The role coordinates technical and commercial service providers in facility management, monitors infrastructure and service performance, instructs providers on occupational health and safety, plans and documents technical work in CAFM systems, supports emergency management and customer service, and reviews workplace safety systems. It requires technical training in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or industrial electronics; German C1–C2 proficiency; a clean security record; a class B driver’s license; building-services engineering knowledge; and Microsoft Office skills. CAFM-system knowledge is desirable.
