Description
The client is hiring a facility-management professional to inspect buildings and technical systems, communicate with tenants and coordinate external services, perform minor repairs, support service technicians with maintenance and walkthroughs, and report defects and incidents. The role requires plant-mechanic, electrician, or comparable training, initial facility-management experience, very good German skills, and preferably a Class B driver’s license and willingness to work on-call for emergencies.
