The employer is hiring a full-time Facility Manager as Performance Manager to plan and manage a service area supporting adults in the Vogelsberg district. The role covers participation opportunities, service delivery, personnel development, staff deployment, service-area development, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Candidates need at least three years of pedagogical education or care-related training, three years of assistance-for-participation experience including more than two years in service delivery, leadership and organizational skills, and a Class B driver’s license.
