The role leads the facility, develops nursing and care concepts, manages occupancy and personnel, plans staffing, improves workflows and quality management, and serves as the contact for residents, relatives, employees, and external partners. Applicants need relevant nursing or elderly-care vocational training, facility director qualification under the Nursing Home Director Staff Ordinance, and leadership experience in inpatient elderly care.
