Description
Aligned Data Centers is hiring a Facility Manager to coordinate and supervise 24/7 data center building operations, lead and mentor facility technicians, oversee maintenance and change control, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage customer relationships, and support budgets, audits, and capital projects. The role requires at least five years of building-systems and critical-facilities experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of data center infrastructure; professional electrical and mechanical licenses are preferred. Compensation is $150,000–$160,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
