Description
Amentum is hiring a full-time Facility Manager for its Operations & Maintenance team in Des Moines, Iowa. The role oversees production maintenance operations, facilities, equipment, safety, staffing, vendors, budgets, P&L, client relationships, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, five years of progressively responsible facilities or production operations and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, CMMS experience, and industrial maintenance knowledge. The position may require shifts, weekends, overtime, and a valid driver’s license, and does not include United States work authorization sponsorship.
