The role manages commercial and technical aspects of properties, including repair, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC services; coordinates service quality, costs, compliance, and deadlines; plans deployments; leads on-site staff; serves as the client contact; and handles safety, environmental, project acquisition, cost estimates, orders, and CAFM administration. The profile seeks a facility-management professional with fire-safety or facility-management qualifications, service-provider management experience, strong customer orientation, MS Office skills, and a valid class B driver’s license.
