Description
The Facility Manager III manages a portfolio of client facilities across Canada, serving as the primary BGIS representative for day-to-day client and tenant relationships. The role oversees financial budgets, operational performance, maintenance, service contracts, inspections, tenant requests, escalations, and service-level targets, while supervising facility managers and other team members. It requires five to ten years of property or facility management experience, strong customer and people-management skills, and certifications such as Certified Facility Manager, Certified Property Manager, and Facility Management Administrator Designation.
