Description
The Facility Manager serves as the on-site leader for a condominium property, overseeing the physical condition, safety, cleanliness, and appearance of common areas and amenities. The role directs maintenance technicians and custodial staff, coordinates third-party contractors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevators, pools, and other equipment, schedules preventive maintenance, manages supplies and budgets, handles emergencies and special events, and ensures compliance with policies and safety requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, maintenance and custodial knowledge, stakeholder-management and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours, including seven days per week as needed.
