Description
The Facility Manager will manage technical and infrastructural facility management services at a tactical and operational level, including engineering and operations, workplace services, occupancy optimization, building systems, vendors, contractors, budgets, inspections, projects, environmental programs, risk and insurance compliance, and facility reporting. The role also oversees after-hours emergencies and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, architecture, or a related field, and more than five years of related experience, preferably in a warehouse, business office, or real estate environment.
