MAGNA is hiring a Facility Manager for its Hamburg site to lead the professional and organizational management of an out-of-hospital intensive care team. The role includes team leadership, quality development under S2 guidelines, intake and placement management, employee coaching, client and family communication, roster and vacation planning, care documentation, and performance-record management. Candidates need completed nursing education, leadership training, at least two years of professional experience including relevant out-of-hospital intensive care experience, and the ability to handle physicians’ orders for treatment-related nursing care.
