Szarvas Camp is hiring a full-time, permanent, on-site Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large multi-functional youth and event campus near Budapest. The role manages preventive maintenance, repairs, projects, permits, safety and environmental compliance, vendor contracts, budgets, department heads, and approximately 200 seasonal staff. It requires fluency in Hungarian and English, at least five years of facility, camp, hotel, or similar operations experience, technical knowledge of building systems, leadership ability, and daily on-site presence.
