Kolakovic & Partner Personalberatung is seeking a Facility Manager to support an internationally active industrial manufacturing company in the Gera area. The role covers the technical and infrastructural operation of the site, maintenance and repair coordination, supervision of external service providers, compliance with safety and environmental standards, inspection scheduling, investment and modernization projects, budgeting, process optimization, and collaboration with production, maintenance, occupational safety, and external partners. The position is permanent without a fixed term and requires technical training or a relevant degree, facility-management experience, knowledge of technical building services, project-management experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
