The manager will act as a primary liaison with stakeholders, ensuring efficient operations, financial accountability, employee engagement, and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, acting as a main contact for clients, preparing financial reports, monitoring market rates, ensuring compliance, driving revenue growth, leading and developing a team, handling payroll, managing facility maintenance, investigating damage claims, implementing safety programs, collaborating on budget preparation, building client relationships, and delivering on contractual obligations.
