The Facility Manager oversees manufacturing facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CNC equipment, building systems, grounds, safety inspections, vendor coordination, and routine repairs. The role supervises department activity, manages staffing and performance goals, maintains equipment, and supports customer and employee needs. It requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of maintenance experience, three years of lead or supervisory experience, Lean training, and a forklift license.
