Description
The Facility Manager will own the daily operations of a Houston scrap or recycling facility, including receiving, sorting, processing, shipping, inventory, customer transactions, documentation, safety, compliance, vendor management, and equipment maintenance. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role is hands-on and requires direct yard experience, inventory and Outlast platform discipline, crew leadership, and the ability to build processes, SOPs, and measurable improvements in throughput, cost, and uptime.
