Description
The Facilities Manager directs facility operations across maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, budgeting, vendor management, and property services. The role supervises maintenance employees, coordinates outsourced contractors, manages budgets and assets, develops operational goals, and ensures safety and compliance. It requires three to five years of related experience or equivalent education and training, a valid New York State driver’s license, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
