Description
The non-profit association Wohnhilfe is hiring a full-time facility manager for its residential home “Haus an der Verdistrasse” in Munich/Obermenzing. The role supervises approximately 30 employees across social work, administration, health care, and housekeeping; leads personnel and collaborates with residents, management, funding bodies, and other providers; represents the facility externally; plans schedules and vacations; manages the budget; and evaluates the concept and service agreement. Candidates must be qualified under § 16 (1) AVPfleWoqG, have at least three years of professional experience in a social or special education institution, and be at least 33 years old.
