Wohnhilfe is hiring a full-time Facility Manager for its residential home “Haus an der Verdistrasse” in Munich/Obermenzing. The role manages approximately 30 employees across social work, administration, health care, and housekeeping; supervises residents; represents the facility externally; coordinates with funding bodies and other providers; schedules shifts and vacations; manages the budget; and evaluates the service concept and agreement. Applicants must be qualified under § 16(1) AVPfleWoqG, have at least three years of professional experience in a social or special education/therapeutic education facility, and be at least 33 years old.
