Description
The Facility Manager will oversee the facilities and operational management of up to 500 residential homes in Eindhoven, coordinating maintenance contractors, suppliers, and cleaning services; conducting move-in and move-out inspections; handling complex facilities issues and damage reports; and serving as the operational contact for residents. The role requires an MBO level 4 diploma, relevant facilities or operational experience, and strong English skills, with Dutch proficiency preferred. It offers a gross monthly salary of €2,650–€3,794, a 32–40-hour workweek, day shifts, vacation days, and a quick start date.
